Our Human Resources Department has set a date for discussions regarding a potential collaboration with the technical college for engineering, economics, socials and design on April 17, 2012. Three professors from the prestigious education institute will be guests in Merbelsrod and discuss the possibilities for a partnership with the successful development supplier GPM.

The aim of the discussions is to learn more about each other through a general information exchange, find interfaces for potential joint projects as well as holding and extending long-lasting contacts to the college for the benefit of both parties. At this meeting, a mechanical engineering student of the Coburg University will present his thesis, which he completed in the predevelopment department of GPM.

Collaborations with local colleges and universities represent an important point in recruiting skilled workers and professionals at GPM. In recent years there have been positive experiences with the Ilmenau University and the Schmalkalden University of Applied Sciences. Now GPM will explore opportunities with Coburg.
