With the lease of an office in April 2008, GPM established its presence in
North America. Mr. Roy Schulde will lead GPM's North America operations
from our newly established location in Troy, Michigan. Adding North America
to our other facilities located in Germany, Brazil and China gives GPM the
opportunity to support its customers around the globe.
